The 'Mentor on Demand' is an exclusive on-demand mentoring program designed for emerging leaders in the recreation, sports, and leisure sector. This program offers immediate, practical guidance and support to help you navigate stressful, unfamiliar challenges, fostering your confidence and problem-solving skills.
When stressful, unfamiliar challenges hit, you'll have immediate access to an expert mentor for practical strategies, and a reassuring voice. This is your chance to build confidence and sharpen problem-solving skills with a dedicated expert by your side.
You'll benefit from a monthly one-hour online group meeting, providing a collaborative space for shared learning and networking. For direct and timely guidance, Savva Giannikos will be available on call from 8 am to 6 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 1 pm AEST on Saturdays, ensuring you have access to expert advice when you need it most. Each call is designed to be concise and effective, with a maximum length of 15 minutes. This invaluable support and advice are offered at an affordable rate from just $22 per month.
